Jose Garcia, P.E., CFM, currently serves as a Water Resources Project Engineer and Senior Water Resources Engineer at Ciorba Group, Inc., since August 2018. Previously, Jose held positions as Associate Civil Engineer and Assistant Civil Engineer at Milhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc. from February 2012 to July 2018. Jose began a career in the field as a Water Resources Group Intern at CDM Smith in June 2008. Jose earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2011.
