Timothy Heuer Pe

Timothy Heuer, PE, is a Project Engineer at Ciorba Group, Inc. since October 2018, with a focus on various roadway projects including the Elgin O’Hare Western Access and Wadsworth Road Improvements. Previous experience includes positions at HDR from May 2013 to October 2018, where roles included Senior Roadway Engineer and Transportation Engineer, involving transportation planning, roadway and drainage design, and construction inspection for IDOT projects. Earlier work also includes a position as Transportation Engineer-in-Training at HDR and an internship with Schomig Land Surveyors.
