Carolyn Barrett is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of expertise in people and culture solutions across various industries, including construction and retail. Currently self-employed as a consultant, Carolyn provides guidance on HR practices, leadership development, and cultural change. Previously, they held significant positions such as Head of People and Culture at CIP Constructions and General Manager of People and Culture at Rawson Group, where they championed diversity initiatives and leadership programs. Carolyn's educational pursuits include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Legal Studies and multiple diplomas in Human Resources and Leadership, all currently underway at the University of Wollongong and National Training Pty Ltd.
