Sofia Åkerblom

Sofia Åkerblom has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Sofia has worked at CIP global executive search since 2021, starting as an Executive Search Associate and currently serving as the Head of Executive Search & Recruitment Consultant. At CIP, they specialize in executive search within the retail, fashion, and FMCG industries. Sofia has also worked at Academic Work as a Vårdadministratör and receptionist during the summer of 2020, and as an Informationsvärd for a brief period. Additionally, they worked as a Forskningsassistent at Uppsala universitet in 2018 and as a Resurspedagog at Jarlaparkens förskola from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Sofia held positions as a Truppgymnastikledare and Barn- och ungdomsledare at Gf Uppsalaflickorna.

Sofia Åkerblom's education history begins in 2014 when they attended Rosendalsgymnasiet and completed their studies in the Naturvetenskapliga programmet in 2017. Sofia then went on to attend Södertörn University from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Personalvetarprogrammet. Currently, Sofia is enrolled in the Masterprogrammet i Personal, Arbete & Organisation at Stockholm University, starting in 2021 and expected to complete in 2022.
