Phana Phang possesses extensive experience in real estate and operational management. Currently serving as Leasing Manager at CIP Real Estate since October 2017, Phana oversees leasing activities for over 400,000 square feet of commercial real estate, primarily focusing on industrial and office properties. Previously, Phana worked as a Commercial Associate at MGR Real Estate, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of properties in the West Inland Empire and East San Gabriel Valley from March 2016 to October 2017. Earlier career experience includes a role as Site Coordinator at Urban Services YMCA, where responsibilities included daily operations management and supervision of staff, and a lengthy tenure as Director of Operations at Boys & Girls Club of Pomona Valley, directing daily operations, staff training, and community relations.
