Nico Cras

Nico Cras has extensive experience in various leadership positions. Nico served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Cipal Schaubroeck, where they focused on guiding the digital transformation process of governments and implementing smart city services. Nico also worked as a Board Member at CitizenLab and acted as a Co-Founder & Board Member at myCSN, a smart city platform. Previously, Cras held the role of Directeur-Generaal at C-smart and was the Co-Founder & Chairman of Soulco Group. Nico also served as the CEO Middle East and Africa for Siemens Enterprise Communications and held several managerial positions at Siemens, Communications. Additionally, Cras served as the Chairman of the Board at Remmicom and Flow Pilots.

Nico Cras began their education journey at Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen in 1986, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications. Nico completed their studies in 1990 and then enrolled at KU Leuven, where they obtained a degree in Commercial Engineering between 1990 and 1993. In 2005, Nico participated in the Siemens Global Emerging Leaders Programme and the Siemens Advanced Management Programme, specializing in Advanced Management.
