Pascal Dewilde has extensive experience in business development and human resources, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Cipal Schaubroeck since January 2020 and as the Manager of eHRM Solutions at A&S Solutions since July 2013. Additionally, Pascal founded and serves as Managing Director of HRWebtools & Services, a company providing HR Business Systems and software solutions to major corporate clients including Deloitte and Alstom. Previous roles include Director of the eSolutions Center Europe and Business Development Manager at Right Management, as well as positions in sales and account management at Eurosem Business Seminars, Desso, and De Beyne Shoes.
