Dimpal Bhanu's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Dimpal started their career in 2005 as an Appeals Officer at NSL Services Group, where they worked until 2010. In 2013, they joined CIPD as a Training Operations Executive and later moved on to become a Business Representative in the CRM Project Team. From 2014 to 2018, they served as an Employer Solutions Executive, and then as a Senior Client Services Manager from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Global Client Experience Lead at CIPD.

Dimpal Bhanu attended Norbury Manor High School from 1993 to 1998. After completing high school, they enrolled at Coloma Convent Girls' School from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued A Level studies. Following that, Dimpal attended the University of Greenwich from 2000 to 2003, although their specific degree and field of study are not mentioned.

Additionally, Dimpal has obtained several certifications. In April 2018, they received the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International. Dimpal also obtained the AgilePM® Practitioner certification from the same institution during the same month and year.
