Fredericka Sheppard

Fredericka Sheppard (FCIPD) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Voltedge Management since March 2011, Fredericka has been instrumental in providing innovative HR services and consultancy solutions across multiple sectors. In addition to this role, Fredericka serves on the Board of Directors for the Irish Professional Mediators Organisation and the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers, as well as holding the position of Chartered Fellow at CIPD. Previous experience includes key roles at ODCS as Director and Senior HR Consultant, Entropy as Human Resources Manager, Lafferty Group as HR Manager, and Xilinx as Human Resources Executive. Fredericka's educational background includes studies at the National College of Ireland, University of Limerick, and Sacred Heart Convent.
