Jan McCarthy

Jan McCarthy, FCIPD, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as an Executive Member of the Board of Trustees for De Paul UK and the Director of People at Place2Be, Jan McCarthy has been instrumental in advancing organizational objectives within the not-for-profit sector. Additionally, Jan holds a role as an Associate Consultant at The TCM Group, providing mediation and training services. Jan's experience includes leadership positions at Scope, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR operations and managing significant organizational change. Jan also serves as a Membership Upgrade Assessor for CIPD, leveraging extensive expertise in human resource development, gained through an MSc from Nottingham University Business School.
