John Amaechi Obe

John Amaechi OBE is a distinguished academic and leadership transformation expert, currently serving as a Professor of Leadership at the University of Exeter Business School and a Leadership Transformation Expert at APS Intelligence since 2007. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Chartered Scientist, John is committed to advancing best practices in HR and organizational development. John also contributes to The Psychologist Magazine, focusing on the intersection of psychology and workplace thriving, and holds multiple roles including Training Partner for the NHS Leadership Academy and Non-Executive Director positions at Greencore and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University, an MFT in Psychology from San Diego University, and additional qualifications in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
