John McGurk

John McGurk serves as the Lead Workplace Behavioural Insight Consultant at WorkHead since December 2020, and concurrently, has been involved with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) since September 2007 in various capacities, including Head of Policy and Insights for UK Nations and Regions and Head of CIPD Scotland and Northern Ireland. John is currently a Master's student in behavioural science, focusing on a dissertation related to sleep and workplace dynamics. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Research and Strategy at the British Air Line Pilots Association, where strategic policymaking and negotiation were key responsibilities. John holds multiple degrees from the University of Glasgow and has pursued additional studies in behavioural science at the University of Stirling.
