Leanne Scriven

Leanne Scriven is a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist currently providing therapy services for carers at Puradesa Therapy since December 2020. In addition to psychotherapeutic work, Leanne serves as a CIPD Leadership Development Associate, focusing on Workforce and Leadership Development programs internationally. Previously, Leanne held the role of Interim Lead for Leadership and Talent Development at National Grid, where a new function for over 6,700 employees was established. With extensive experience at National Grid, roles included Group Head of Leadership and Capability, Organizational Development Partner, and various HR positions. Leanne holds a Master of Science in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Coventry University and a degree in Management, Human Resources from The University of Manchester.
