Lucy Barker

Lucy Barker is the Founder and Director of Human Nature HR, a consultancy that provides HR services to businesses of various sizes, established in November 2019. Lucy also engages as a Bloom Mentor and an Exchange Mentor for Bloom UK, participating in innovative cross-mentoring initiatives aimed at addressing gender issues since February 2021. Additionally, Lucy serves as a Breathe HR Accredited Partner and has been an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) since June 2007. Previously, Lucy held the role of Director of People & Culture at Rufus Leonard from May 1997 to January 2020, where a structured approach to HR was developed to support business growth while maintaining culture and alignment with the company's goals.
