Marek Zemanik

Marek Zemanik is a Senior Public Policy Advisor (UK Nations) at CIPD, bringing extensive expertise in policy-making and stakeholder management. Marek previously served as the Director of Policy for the Scottish Conservatives, where they developed policies and wrote election manifestos. They also worked as a lecturer at Glasgow International College and a researcher for The Scottish Parliament, honing their skills in political communication and legislative scrutiny.
