Mark Mario (Pav) Pavlika is an experienced Chief People and Purpose Officer at Bicycle, where responsibilities include enhancing culture and employer branding within the innovative media agency. As the founder of The Mindful HR Director Ltd, Mark provides performance consultancy and HR director services utilizing mindfulness approaches.
