Matt Knibbs, Chartered FCIPD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consultancy. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Kozo Design Solutions Ltd and Founder of Promethean Play Ltd, Matt also holds roles as Principal Consultant at Accelleo and Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Junction Foundation. Other significant positions include Branch Treasurer at CIPD and Enterprise Adviser at North East Local Enterprise Partnership. With a robust background at Kingfisher plc as Regional HR Business Partner, Matt managed substantial teams and budget responsibilities across multiple retail stores.
