Philippa Webster

Philippa Webster is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in personnel management and consulting. As the Founder and Lead Consultant at Interpersonnel (HR) Ltd since May 1992, Philippa has established a significant presence in the industry. Additionally, Philippa serves as an Associate at Adapta Consulting and has been a CIPD Associate since 2010, focusing on a variety of HR topics including strategic workforce planning and competency-based recruitment. Previous roles include consultant at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) from June 1992 to December 2007, where Philippa set up the learning and development function and managed significant HR projects, as well as serving as an Assistant HR Officer earlier in 1988. Philippa holds a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Employment Law from Kingston University and completed A levels and O levels at the Convent of the Assumption, Richmond.
