Rick R is the founder of Train to Aspire, an organization dedicated to delivering training in human resources, personal coaching, leadership, and management, as well as quality assurance services. In addition to this role, Rick R serves as a Membership Upgrade Assessor for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), where applications for membership upgrades are evaluated, and developmental feedback is provided. As a Career Mentor within the Steps Ahead Mentoring initiative, Rick R helps young individuals enhance their employability skills. Furthermore, Rick R works as an Associate at cHRysos HR Solutions Ltd, offering HR and leadership training, professional qualifications, and consultancy services. Rick R holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales, along with various other qualifications in career guidance, quality assurance, and teaching.
