Stephne Puddy

Stephne Puddy has extensive experience in talent development and inclusivity, currently serving as a Talent Partner and Inclusivity Lead at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since November 2011. Responsibilities include advising on learning and development, fostering relationships across the business, and contributing to performance management and corporate training plans. Additionally, Stephne is involved with Bridgend College as a Governing Body Member on the Curriculum and Quality Committee and participates in the Wales CIPD L&D Network Group. Previous roles include positions at Village Hotels and Marriott Hotels, with a background in HR and event management. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Wales, Newport.
