Wendy Strohm

Wendy Strohm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, supervision, and HR consultancy. As the NED at WSA Coaching since 1995, Wendy provides strategic advisory services and quality governance for organizations. Additionally, Wendy chairs the South East Coaching Group and serves as a Practitioner for Investors in People, advising on people investment processes. With a long-standing association with CIPD, Wendy has held multiple roles, including Experience Assessor, Consultant, Team Lead, and Team Manager, contributing to advanced educational programs and policy development. In leadership roles at EMCC Global and EMCC UK, Wendy oversees accreditation quality and represents members’ interests. Wendy's consultancy work includes contributions to Cullen Scholefield and the City Mental Health Alliance, while also holding a Quality Director role with Accredited Training International. Wendy holds several degrees, including an MA in Human Resource Management and is qualified in coaching supervision and other professional domains.
