Simon T. has extensive experience in the medical and customer service fields. Currently serving as a Paramedic at CIPHER Medical since February 2019, Simon plays a vital role in responding to emergency calls and providing quality clinical care. Previous roles include Medical Technician and Student Paramedic at CIPHER Medical Consultancy and North East Student Paramedic Representative for the College of Paramedics. Simon’s background also includes customer-facing positions at British Airways as a Customer Relations Executive, Marriott International as a Front Office Associate and Supervisor, and Radisson Blu as a Food & Beverage Assistant. Currently pursuing a BSc Hons in Paramedic Science and Out of Hospital Care at the University of Sunderland, Simon’s educational qualifications further complement a solid foundation in emergency care and healthcare-related studies.
