Kathryn McMillion

Kathryn McMillion started their work experience in 2005 at Nielsen Audio as a Production Coordinator, where they worked until December 2014. In 2015, they joined Cipher Tech Solutions, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. Kathryn later advanced to the role of Director of Technical Recruiting in June 2017, and their current position duration is ongoing.

Kathryn McMillion completed their Associate's Degree in Associates of Arts Transfer Studies at Anne Arundel Community College in the year 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications from Les Mills International, including the Advanced Body Combat Instructor Certificate and the Advanced Body Flow Instructor Certificate. Kathryn further enhanced their qualifications by earning the Les Mills Body Flow Instructor and Les Mills Body Combat Instructor certifications from Les Mills US (LMUS) in December 2012 and July 2012, respectively. Kathryn also earned a CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in November 2014.
