Ed Hayward

Ed Hayward has extensive experience in all facets of executive management. He has over fifteen years experience working with major corporations, their leadership and staff in implementing complex data base and project management systems.

Mr. Hayward was recruited by Heinz Corporation in 1998 as a General Manager and moved to New Zealand. His GM appointment was specific to overseeing the physical move of an entire food processing facility from Japan to New Zealand. His responsibilities included oversight of all digital communication, database systems, project management software implementation, product production processing and supply chain management.

Mr. Hayward founded Xecutive Consulting in 2001. His firm continues to provide international consultative and executive search services to businesses engaged in the Pacific Rim.
