CIPHES is an independent finance policy institution focused on Iran’s economic system. It studies how financial structures, capital flows, and asset distribution function under current conditions and how they influence future outcomes.

The institution examines structural distortions, systemic pressures, and constraints within Iran’s financial architecture. It also develops practical frameworks for economic stabilization, financial normalization, and post-transition reconstruction.

CIPHES also focuses on engaging capable members of the Iranian diaspora to support credible economic pathways toward long-term stability and prosperity in Iran.
