Allan Oehlers is the COO at CIPHR, a specialist provider of SaaS HR, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and learning software through their HCM platform, CIPHR Connect. CIPHR Connect is designed to provide a frictionless people experience across the entire employee lifecycle and enables seamless integration, not only with CIPHR’s own solutions, but also to an ecosystem of specialist, third-party tools using modern API technology. Linking the CIPHR Connect HCM platform with multiple other business applications results in greater data accuracy, reduced admin and an enhanced employee experience.

Allan has over 10 years of experience in HR and related fields. Prior to joining CIPHR, they were the Head of Solutions Delivery at PCMS for 3 years and 8 months. Allan was also the Professional Services Manager at Retail Business Solutions for 5 years, and the Retail Operations Development Manager at Vodafone for 6 years. Allan started their career as a Regional Manager at Peoples Phone, where they worked for 2 years.
