Neal Morris

Neal Morris has over 14 years of experience in data science, analytics, and business intelligence. Neal currently serves as the Director of Data Science and Analytics at Ciphr since April 2023. Previously, they worked as the Head of Analytics at UK TOTE GROUP from March 2021 to April 2023, where they established the analytics capability and created an analytics data lakehouse platform. Prior to this, Neal was the Head of Data Science & Analytics at Key Travel from January 2020 to March 2021, where they enhanced the organization's data maturity and implemented improvements in the data lake architecture. Neal also held the role of Lead BI Developer at Key Travel from January 2018 to January 2020. Neal began their career as a Data Engineer and later became a Data Warehouse Architect at Carillion from 2015 to 2017. Neal also worked as an Information Management Analyst at BMI Healthcare from 2013 to 2015. Before that, Neal was an MI Analyst at Carillion from 2012 to 2013 and a Support Analyst and Administrator at Swinton Insurance from 2011 to 2012. Neal started their career as a Staff Rota and Data Coordinator at Shropshire Doctors Cooperative from 2009 to 2011. Through their various roles, Neal has developed expertise in data science, analytics, machine learning, data management, and BI development.

Neal Morris attended MMU Business School from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Studies.
