Rob Oehlers

Rob Oehlers is the Director of Customer Success at CIPHR. Rob has been with the company for over 24 years, starting as an Account Development Manager and working their way up to their current position. In their role, Rob manages a team of account managers and account development managers responsible for servicing more than 300 clients and delivering HR solutions and services that save companies money and deliver excellent benefits. Prior to their work at CIPHR, Rob served as an HR Manager with Fritz Comanies UK Ltd., where they were responsible for introducing new procedures and policies to a business rapidly expanding through acquisition. Rob also served as an Officer in the British Army for 5 years 9 months, and as an Officer in the Royal Military Academy for 1 year.

Rob Oehlers attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst from 1989 to 1990. Rob then attended Coláiste an Spioraid Naoimh from 1981 to 1986. Finally, they attended Cardinal Newman R C School from 1978 to 1981.
