Rajendra Chopra

Rajendra Chopra is a seasoned Company Secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal compliance. Currently serving as the Company Secretary at Cipla since February 2017, Rajendra oversees the corporate secretarial function. Prior experience includes positions as Sr. Vice President and Company Secretary at airtel, where Rajendra managed the corporate secretarial functions of the Bharti Group from March 2005 to January 2017, as well as roles at Dlf Power Limited and Jaguar Overseas Limited. Rajendra holds a CS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an LL.B from Delhi University.
