Ssekadde Raymond is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Kabale University, with a Bachelor's degree obtained in June 2023. Currently serving as a Graduate Trainee at Cipla Quality Chemical Industries Ltd since April 2023, Ssekadde engages in reliability-centered maintenance studies to enhance equipment reliability, collaborates with cross-functional teams to address complex equipment issues, and supports the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, contributing to increased plant reliability.
