Paula Sanders

Paula Sanders serves as the Global Head of Membership at Casa Cipriani, a prestigious private members club and luxury hotel, since November 2019. In this role, Paula leads strategies for membership growth and corporate partnerships, collaborating with ownership and the executive team to achieve sales goals. Paula has a strong background in luxury membership services, having previously held the position of Head of Membership at Four Hundred, where responsibilities included sales initiatives and event execution for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Prior experiences also include roles as a Membership Advisor at Equinox, where Paula was recognized as a top-ranked advisor, and as a Knicks City Dancer at Madison Square Garden. Paula holds a B.A. in Advertising, Marketing, and Communication from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
