Virginie Decker

Virginie Decker has extensive experience in the catering and hospitality industry, currently serving in a catering sales position at Cipriani since November 2015. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Catering at both The Hilton New York and Waldorf Astoria New York from 2012 to 2015 and 2005 to 2012, respectively. Earlier experience spans from Senior Catering Manager and Conference Center Sales Manager at The Waldorf=Astoria from 2000 to 2005, and a summer intern at Marriott Marquis in 1997. Virginie holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Motel Administration and Management from Cornell University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
