Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Indonesian, born in 1955, has been reappointed as a Director of the Company since January 2017. Previously, he was a Director of the Company from 2000 to 2015. Currently, he is also the President Director of PT Damai Indah Golf Tbk and PT Ciputra Residence.
He is a graduate of Plymouth Polytechnic, Plymouth, UK with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA graduate from Prasetiya Mulya Institute of Management, Jakarta. He is actively involved in various organizations, including the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), the Indonesian Real Estate Broker Association (AREBI), and the Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (AEI). He also serves as the Honorary President of the International Urban Development Association (INTA).
