Tulus Santoso, Indonesian, born in 1959, has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company since June 2015. He has also served as Corporate Secretary of the Company since 2003. He began his career with the Company in 1985 as a Finance Manager. He holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from Satya Wacana Christian University, Salatiga, and Master's of Accountancy from the University of Indonesia. Currently, he involves in several organizational activities, including Deputy Chairman of the Permanent Committee of the Development of Financing and Taxation in Property Sector of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and Supervisory Board Member of Ciputra Pendidikan Foundation.
