James Prestwood

James Prestwood has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as a Senior 2nd Line Support Engineer at Cirata since October 2013, following progressive positions within the company. Prior to Cirata, James contributed to Plusnet in various capacities from September 2006 to October 2013, including Report Developer and Faults Analyst. Previous experience includes roles at HSBC, Outokumpu, Halliburton, Freeserve, and PC Service Call, showcasing a solid foundation in customer service and technical analysis since the early 2000s. James completed education at Newfield Secondary School from 1995 to 2000.
