Arshiya Lal has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Arshiya is currently the Director of Corporate Development at Circ™, where they are responsible for implementing long-term business strategies for circular textiles and revolutionizing the fashion industry. Prior to this, they worked at Modern Meadow as the Head of Product and Strategic Alliances Manager, where they managed product development and established partnerships. Arshiya also has experience at IBM, where they held roles as a Product Manager Lead and Associate Product Manager, contributing to the growth and success of the IBM Blockchain Platform. Arshiya founded the Atlanta Fashion Tech Summit in 2017 and has worked as a Teaching Assistant and Workshop Lead at the Innovation Design Collaborative. Arshiya also served as a Project Manager at TechSquare Labs, where they organized pitch contests and facilitated investment opportunities for startups. Arshiya gained valuable experience as a Fashion Technologist Intern at ElektroCouture, participating in the creation of the first internationally-acclaimed FashionTech line. Additionally, they worked as a Technology Innovation Intern at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they evaluated emerging technologies and developed prototypes for the "Outlet of the Future."
