Kaushik Vashee

Kaushik Vashee, P.E. currently serves as SVP Manufacturing at Circ™ since November 2022, focusing on advancing circular fashion. Prior to this role, Kaushik was VP of New Product Development at Ascent Chemicals, leading the integration of Synalloy Chemicals businesses from October 2021 to October 2022. Kaushik has extensive experience in consulting, having served as Principal at zikSa Ltd from 2010 to 2022, and held positions including VP Engineer and New Product Development at DanChem Technologies, Inc. and VP Manufacturing at InChem Rock Hill, LLC. Earlier roles included Director of Engineering and Operations Manager at Innospec Inc., Director of Commercial Development at Polycarbon Industries, and various engineering positions at Hickson DanChem. Kaushik holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.Sc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from London South Bank University.
