Puneet Verma

Puneet Verma is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Circ® since January 2024, Puneet previously held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Finance at Ohmium from August 2021 to December 2023. Earlier career milestones include serving as Principal at SER Capital Partners and various roles at Bloom Energy, where responsibilities encompassed project finance from associate to principal levels. Puneet's career began in investment banking at Jefferies & Company, followed by positions at First Solar and NextLight Renewable Power, LLC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering, both obtained from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School between 2001 and 2005.
