Sarah Kohout

Sarah Kohout has a long and varied work experience. Sarah began their career in 2008 as a Direct Support Professional at SchenectadyARC. In 2010, they became a Social Work Intern at Champlain Housing Trust. The following year, they worked as a Research Assistant at Hunter College. In 2011, they were a Social Work Intern at Uncommon Schools. Sarah then joined Phreesia in 2012, where they held a variety of roles, including Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, Manager of HR Operations, Manager of HR, Senior Manager of HR, Associate Director of HR, Director of Total Rewards & Operations, and Senior Director of Total Rewards & Operations. In 2021, Sarah joined LeafLink as Senior Director, People and Director, Total Rewards, Ops & People Analytics. In 2022, they became Senior Director of People at Circ.

Sarah Kohout attended the University of Vermont from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Sarah then attended Hunter College from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Social Work.
