Daurean Sloan has extensive work experience in the gaming and casino industry. Daurean has served as a Chief Compliance Officer at various establishments including Circa Resort & Casino Las Vegas, Circa Sports LLC, The D Casino Hotel Las Vegas, and Golden Gate Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Compliance Officer at AGS LLC and as the General Counsel at Land Holdings I, LLC dba Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort. Before entering the gaming industry, Daurean Sloan held several positions at WMS Gaming Inc., including VP of Regulatory Affairs, Executive Director of Regulatory Compliance, and Assistant General Counsel. Daurean also worked as Of Counsel at Lewis and Roca LLP and as Chief of the Corporate Securities Division at the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board. Overall, Daurean Sloan has a strong background in regulatory compliance and corporate law within the gaming industry.

Daurean Sloan has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology/Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Daurean is also certified in Bar Admissions for Nevada, Florida, and Washington, D.C.
