Michael C. Printy has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Michael C. is currently the Director of Operations at Circa Resort & Casino, overseeing the operations of three different establishments. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Concierge Operations and Chief Concierge at the D Casino Hotel Las Vegas. Michael C. has also held leadership positions in various organizations, such as the National Concierge Association - Nevada Chapter, where they were the President. In addition, Michael has experience in sales and marketing roles, including Sales Manager at Dig This Vegas and Director of Marketing and Business Development at Adventure Photo Tours Inc. Michael C. has a strong background in customer service and event management, and has demonstrated their expertise in managing VIP operations at Piranha Nightclub. Michael started their career as a Chef Concierge at Park Towers at Hughes Center, where they developed relationships with vendors and organized residents' events.
Michael C. Printy obtained a Diploma in General studies from Canyon High School in 1999. In 2010, they also received certification as a Wine Steward/Sommelier from the International Sommelier Guild. Additionally, they hold several certifications in the hospitality industry, including Board Member - Director from the Las Vegas Hospitality Association in 2022, SNHCA certification from the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association in 2019, Certified Hotel Concierge from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in 2018, Certified Guest Service Professional from TISOH- The International School of Hospitality in 2016, and Certified Concierge from the National Concierge Association in 2010.
