Amanda Mangan

Director of Customer and Product Support at Circadence

Amanda Mangan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Amanda began their career at TBC Corporation in 2012 as a Service Desk Analyst and later progressed to roles such as Contact Center Training Supervisor and IT Helpdesk Supervisor. In 2016, Amanda became an Ivanti Functional Analyst I before leaving TBC Corporation in 2017.

In 2018, Amanda joined Project Ares as a Customer Management Technician II. Amanda steadily moved up within the company, holding positions such as Customer Management Lead and Customer Support Manager. Most recently, Amanda served as the Director of Customer Support and later the Director of Customer and Product Support. Amanda'sexperience at Project Ares expanded their skills in customer service and support management.

Amanda Mangan completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Palm Beach Community College from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in English Language Arts Education from the University of Central Florida between 2008 and 2011.
