Janus van Zijl

Janus Van Zijl is an experienced analytics consultant currently working at Circana since March 2023, with prior positions at IRI from January 2018 to March 2023, where roles included account executive and junior analytics consultant. Previous experience includes working as a guest service agent at Queen Victoria Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa in 2014, and a chef de partie at Haute Cabriere in mid-2013. An apprenticeship as an apprentice chef took place at The Greenhouse & The Conservatory restaurants within The Cellars Hohenort estate in 2012-2013. Janus holds a BComHons in Business Management from the University of Pretoria and a BCom in Entrepreneurship from the same institution. Additionally, Janus has a Grande Diploma in Food Preparation & Hospitality Management from The Hurst Campus and completed matric at Hoërskool Zwartkop.
