Mrudula Gramopadhye

Mrudula Gramopadhye has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Mrudula is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at Circana since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Recruiter at Qualys from December 2021 to February 2023. Mrudula also had roles at SAS, starting as a Senior Executive Human Resources from May 2016 to April 2021, and later transitioning to become a Specialist in Human Resources from April 2021 to December 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at UBS from January 2016 to April 2016, and as a Recruitment Executive at Barclays Technology Center India from August 2014 to January 2016. Mrudula'searlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at Ubisoft Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. from February 2013 to March 2014, and as an IT Recruiter at BOB Technologies from September 2010 to February 2013.

Mrudula Gramopadhye holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce. Mrudula also completed their Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In addition to their formal education, Mrudula has obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG, People Analytics and Digital HR from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and Project Management Foundations and Making Quick Decisions from LinkedIn.
