Peter Warman

Peter Warman currently serves as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Circana since March 2023, and previously held the same title at IRI since January 2021. With extensive experience as a commercial generalist attorney, Peter has also worked as an HR Technology Consultant at HR Tech Insights LLC from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, from 2004 to 2017, Peter served as Senior Counsel for Legal Operations at Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities included providing legal and compliance support throughout the services lifecycle. Peter holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
