Troy Noble is an experienced professional in the field of product management and marketing analytics, currently serving as the VP and Global Product Management Lead for Marketing Measurement at Circana since March 2023. Previously, at IRI from July 2015 to March 2023, Troy held the roles of Principal for Brand Marketing Solutions and Principal for Strategic Analytics, where leadership focused on developing AI and machine learning-driven marketing analytics solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as VP of Product at Networked Insights and VP of Product Development at Nielsen Catalina Solutions, where Troy played a critical role in integrating media and shopper behavior. Troy's extensive career also encompasses positions at Nielsen Company, Catalina Marketing, Strategic Data Corp, and Efficient Market Services, with a foundational research role at UCLA under Professor Lee Cooper. Troy holds an MBA in Marketing, IT, and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics and Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan.
