CIRCARE
Elizabeth Helbock has extensive experience in family support and youth services, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Family Support Specialist at CIRCARE since April 2002, Elizabeth participates in the implementation of Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) within various mental health and non-mental health settings. Additionally, Elizabeth has held the role of Family Support Professional at Circare (previously Onondaga Case Management) since April 2001, focusing on positive reinforcement and community support for families. In parallel, Elizabeth has been involved with OCMS/B2H and Elmcrest Children's Center as a waiver service provider, engaging with youth and families since April 2000. Educational background includes studies at Onondaga Community College.
