Jodie Driver

Jodie Driver is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at NIOX® since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jodie held various HR positions at Advance., including Deputy Head of HR & OD and HR Business Partner, from June 2018 to February 2021. Jodie was also the Group HR Business Partner at Activate Learning from January 2016 to June 2018, and an HR Officer at Poyry from November 2013 to December 2015. Earlier experience includes HR Officer roles at Oxford University and Learning and Development Advisor at Amey. Jodie began a career in HR as a Recruitment HR Assistant at OUH. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University and a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice from Oxford and Cherwell Valley College.
