Anumeha Raj

Anumeha Raj has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various roles and industries. Anumeha currently works as a Senior Manager-HR at Privacera, starting in October 2022. Before that, they worked at V5 TechSol India from December 2020 to November 2022, initially as a Manager-HR and later as a Senior Manager-HR. In this role, they were responsible for the entire HR function, including recruitment, policy formulation, performance management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. Anumeha implemented an HRIS system and successfully set up the HR department.

Prior to V5 TechSol India, Anumeha worked at CELER HR SERVICES as an HR Service Center Head from January 2018 to June 2022. In this role, they established HR processes and systems related to performance management, talent acquisition, statutory compliance, and policy formulation for client organizations.

Anumeha also has freelance experience from November 2015 to December 2017. Additionally, they worked at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as an Asst HR Manager from December 2014 to October 2015, where they managed the HR operations for the India Business unit.

Before Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Anumeha held the position of HR Executive-HR Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific India from September 2011 to November 2014. In this role, they managed HR operations for a significant business unit, designed employee engagement initiatives in partnership with leaders, reviewed HR dashboards, and collaborated with the L&D function.

Anumeha's earlier experience includes working as an HR Executive-HR Generalist at Hotel Yogi Executive from May 2010 to September 2011. Prior to that, they undertook an internship at KEC International Ltd., where they worked on various HR projects, including recruitment strategies for international locations and the formulation of compensation strategies.

Anumeha Raj completed their high school education in 1999 at Mount Assisi Academy School, where they obtained their H.S.C degree in the field of study of ICSE. Later, they pursued their undergraduate degree at Pune University from 2001 to 2005, earning a B.E degree in the field of study of E&TC. Anumeha then furthered their education at the University of Mumbai between 2007 and 2009, where they completed their MMS degree in the field of study of HR.
