We're a community connecting ambitious women founders, investors, and operators in the Bay Area.

Our mission is to create authentic spaces where female founders, investors, and operators can build real relationships, share unfiltered insights, and accelerate each other's success through curated connections and democratized access to opportunities. We want every ambitious woman in the startup ecosystem to have the connective tissue she needs to thrive - where asking for help is celebrated, introductions are intentional, and more women are raising, deploying, and generating money.
